Focus in Toronto, a local non-profit organization, took over the Festival with the aims of building a prosperous and continuing Festival each Labor Day weekend. Featuring a diverse variety of handmade arts and crafts, as well as live entertainment and delicious food, the festival has made its mark on the community for 38 years.

There is a car show, an art show, a 5K run, dancers, singers, bands, lots of food and a spectacular fireworks display which reflects off of the scenic Ohio River.
